I was charged with obtaining a new camera to support my church's livestream. Prior to that task, I wasn't aware of PTZ cameras, but my research led me to this one as being an appropriate camera to meet our needs. I'm glad that I found Tongveo. It's a GREAT PTZ camera at an exceptional price and backed by world class technical support. The camera is placed at the back of the sanctuary which is about 60 feet from the pulpit. With a 20x zoom, it does an excellent job of zooming in on the speaker. As part of the service we like to zoom the entire sanctuary so that our livestream viewers can see everyone. By setting up 4 presets (back left, front left, front right, and back right) we can easily pan the entire congregation and return to the pulpit preset. While the presets are nice, the camera easily zooms to the unexpected scene that we want to present. We were able to easily incorporate the camera into our livestream capability. The camera needs to be placed behind the cameraperson since the remote only works when pointed to the front of the camera. This caused us to connect it with a 16' active USB cable. Upon connecting to the computer, it was quickly recognized by our OBS streaming software. We simply added it to one of our scenes and it was ready to go. After almost 2 months of use we started to experience the camera freezing during one Sunday service. Tongveo technical support suggested it was likely either the USB port, USB cable, or camera. I was expecting it to take a while to determine the problem with the likelihood of not having the camera available for the following Sunday service, but was pleasantly surprised to see Tongveo willing to send us a replacement camera in parallel with our testing the USB port and cable. The replacement camera arrived on Wednesday, which gave us plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming Sunday service. It turned out that the new camera solved the problem so that our livestream never missed a beat. Way to go Tongveo!!! I have no problem recommending that anyone needing a 20x PTZ camera consider this one.

This camera is awesome. Was able to use it through an rtsp stream to get to OBS great tracking and small learning curve. Would definitely look at it again if I need another. Quality was great as well.

I used a similar model for years until it was discontinued. Tongveo suggested this latest model and it is a great replacement. It has good HD video and is a great price considering others on the market. This one also outperformed another popular brand that I will not name. The PTZ works really smoothly. We use the usb connection and stream our church services. Adjusting the lighting and focus is taking some time to get use to and dial-in but those are great auto features also. The camera itself is of great quality. The movement and installation of the mounting hardware was very simple. The problem came when it was time to connect the camera to the computer via the installer and controls. The link they give you for the download and installer is not a viable option and cannot be accessed in any form whether through phone, tablet, or computer. The website (Tongveo.com) shows that there is 24/7 support ready through both email and phone. The phone number does not work and the email support never gets a response. While it may seem like a good system for the money you will spend, the hassle you will go through is more than most would ever want to go through. I would suggest buying an OBSBOT Tail 2 or some other live streaming camera with better support options and easier use and installation. It is unfortunate to spend this money to have to turn around and return the camera. Lesson learned and will not purchase anything from this company again.

This is pretty much plug and play, I am using USB directly into my laptop for streaming our church services. You have get into the camera menu to make sure it is set to the correct settings so that it is in high definition. Currently just using this single camera so I appreciate the ability to store preset zoom and scene using the remote control. Great picture easy to connect great value for small churches if you’re just starting to do livestream. I mounted it on the rail of our drop ceiling, and it has not given us any issues.

We use this camera for Zoom transmission of our church services. It has proved fantastic in every respect. Windows picks it up as a webcam over USB and the optical zoom gives great picture clarity when framing the image. The remote control means that a number of presets can be set up before the service so there is no amateurish panning and zooming back and forward.

This zoom camera is one of the best that I have.Im an YouTuber and having my own podcast. I was searching for a good camera for a decent price for a while. I can only say that is made very well,good quality too. The image is nice and smooth,very clear . Zooming in and out is very easy ,comes with remote control, cables and wall mount.The microphone is easy to set up too,the sound is good and clear. Is easy to use and set up too.I'm not really use the microphone as I have a different one for my podcasts. Thank you
