Meet my expectation.

This product suddenly stopped working. I guess it lasted as long as its supposed to? I tried to click product support option on Amazon's app to speak with the company, but it just gave me troubleshooting options that I've already tried. None of the cables work and I even tried to plug my owner Apple cable into the car charger and that doesn't work. The charger doesn't even have power anymore and I've tried it in multiple vehicles. My car is also brand new - I just purchased it in January 2026 with 50 miles on it, so I doubt I have an electrical problem especially when other items work in the same cigarette lighter area. Such a disappointment!!
