Dermacton - wish we’d bought it sooner.
Miracles do happen. Pair of Salukis, both started to show signs of irritation underbelly/chest/groin area about 18 months ago. Therein followed multiple vet visits x’s 2, steroids, creams, sprays, cleaners, consult after consult, zero improvement. No conclusive idea as to the cause, allergy, sensitivity, breed issue, environmental, stress … no clue. To help we have removed any potential irritants in our home, no scented candles, raw diet/no wheat/known potential allergens, removed every chemical based cleaning product or similar from the cupboards, tried shampoos, ensuring they’re both flea free etc, etc. No change with the exception of our house now being almost 100% organic in terms of laundry/cleaning/personal hygiene products and more (which I recommend by the way), and a fair bit of money spent at the local vet practice. Stumped I asked an AI app if it had any suggestions and it came back with Petnat Dermacton cream, and why it was worth trying. Bought it because why not? Three days in we have two very, very different dogs. The first pass with Dermacton showed an immediate affect on both their skin and their comfort. Neither have itched, scratched, nattered, chewed or plain attacked their itchy spots once in three days. Our male Saluki’s dry, sore, itchy skin is all but returned to normal and our female is all but there (she suffered more for some reason ) - this cream is amazing. Cost wise (£22) might seem off-putting. If we’d bought this at the beginning that’s all we would have spent because to date we’ve spent hundreds and hundreds on veterinary care and every penny was wasted. Using it: it states 3’s per day if necessary but we’ve applied it once in the morning, once in the evening. A thin, even layer, well worked in wherever it was needed. As of today (day 4) we’re going to drop our make Saluki to once a day. The cream is thick, creamy consistency, and it goes a fair way, a pleasant smell, and it soaks into the skin without issue. Neither dog bothered with it, no licking etc, 100% recommend Dermacton. It’s bloody brilliant, worth every last penny.

IT WORKS !!!!!
I have tried everything with my GSD nothing worked , was advised to try this and what a life saver within the 1st 24 hrs the scratching chewing stopped and he even has new hair growing back. He has multiple allergies so anything can set him off . Easy to apply don’t need much . Please t smell. Skin soft and not raw Have just ordered another just in case . Recommended to a friend has worked wonders for her dog also . Well worth the money cheaper than a vets prescription that didn’t work

Calming skin cream
This cream is the miracle that I needed for my dog. I have a Cavalier king charles that lost the fur on her back. She has been to the vet and he could not find any thing wrong with her but dry skin. Tried lots of vet cream but she was losing more fur. Found this cream by chance and gave it a try. I would have tried any thing at this point. Been trying it for three weeks putting it on twice a day. The fur has almost all started to come back. Well worth the money and she's not scratching her back on furniture any more. Her skin is soft and the moisture has returned. It does have a herb type odor but it not a horrid smell.

Smelly cream
This is a very good cream but it has a very strong scented smell to it, quite sickly . The dog tries to hide when he knows going to put it on him, considering dogs have a very strong sense of smell , you’d think they would make it less smelly.

Wish I bought sooner !
I am extremely skeptical purchasing “itchy” dog creams etc as a lot of them don’t actually work. We have been through the wars with our French Bulldog including steroid medication. The first use of the cream you could see she was less uncomfortable. After a week she did not have the need to itch when we touched her face ! The only time we ever seen this was with steroid use ! This has been a lifesaver for my frenchie, she no longer requires steroids and can be left without her cone on as she doesn’t feel the need to itch anymore. There is a strong smell however it is pleasant and doesn’t linger for too long. The cream is very easy to use and is a nice smooth texture.

Amazing stuff, completely cured my puppy's Pyoderma in two weeks, I wish I had tried this sooner.
My little Cava-Tzu puppy has suffered terribly with lumpy spots on her ears and neck with an almost constant need to scratch herself and was diagnosed by the vet with puppy pyoderma. She had two separate courses of antibiotics and steroid injections which made no difference, and daily antihistamines which again made no difference. I also tried some medicated dog shampoo with positive reviews which didn't help. After a £295 vet bill I was advised to keep giving her daily antihistamines and hopefully as her immune system matured she would grow out of it. I was determined to find some kind of relief for my puppy, her ears were inflamed and constantly hot and she had developed a large bald spot on the top of her head, seeing her suffering scratching herself raw and crying due to the itchiness was pretty unbearable both for her and for me as an owner. Even with the overwhelmingly positive reviews I was a really sceptical of this Petnat cream., but honestly this stuff is fantastic, it works and it works quickly. As soon as I tried it on my puppy you could see it was giving her some real relief from the itchiness and sore patches of skin. I applied it as a thin layer on the affected areas twice a day, early morning and evening, and within 24 hours there was a real reduction in the urge to scratch herself. After 48 hours she wasn't scratching at all and after four days the pyoderma spots had noticeably reduced. A week later I just applied the Petnet cream just once a day and within two weeks the pyoderma was completely gone. After a month I stopped applying the cream, all her fur has grown back and thankfully six weeks later the pyoderma hasn't returned. This stuff is nothing short of amazing, I have had multiple trips to the vets which incurred a hefty bill and unnecessary medication and after everything this Petnat cream just worked. For a tube of cream it may seem a bit expensive but for me it was a fraction of what I have spent on vet bills, and the most important thing of all is that my little puppy is completely cured and happy.
