Great customer service
We recently received a 600-1 unit and are working on the electrical before installing. I had a simple question and reached out to the seller on a Sunday morning expecting to leave a message. Someone answered and spent the necessary time to walk me through my question. That is unbelievable customer service, especially in these days that we are experiencing less than superior service. I received my order very quickly. The man who installed the new fans for me was done in 10 minutes. He said the fans were very simple to install.

Videos these folks make are helpful. Install was easy. Keep in mind its a very tight fit to get in the hinged doorway. My unit had bolts in the floor that you slide the fans into, and then bolt on. Very simple. Install was easy- will revise at end of winter if needed.

very easy to install
Bought this kit the first time in Oct, 2017. Yes, very easy to install. Lasted 3 weeks before it started making so much noise we couldn’t even have it on. Returned it and ordered a replacement. The second unit lasted about 2 months and was worse than the first. What gives!!

Run more loudly, Less powerful
Bought my Kozy Heat Z42 about three years ago. One of the original blowers died, so I bought a new set anticipating the other fan would go soon too. The new set came, and was easy to install. Once the fire box got up to temperature and the blowers kicked on, I immediately thought something was wrong because I could barely tell if they were moving air. Surely enough everything checked out, and they were working as designed. With both these blowers on, they move less air than one of the originals blowers. Additionally, with the blowers turned all the way up they are so incredibly loud I can’t even hear the tv without blasting it. I will give it a few days to contemplate if they are worth it or not……no I would not recommend to a friend. Gave two stars for easy install
