Are these flat or 3 dimensional?

Mine are flat. They look like real birds when they are blowing around. The Mylar hanging strips blow around in a breeze,and I think this attracts the birds initially. Once they do a fly by and see what they think is an owl or hawk they leave. I had good luck with mine.
