**Q: How many calories per cracker**
A: On the side of the box are the nutritional values.  342 calories per 100 gm. which is the size of the packet.    Each packet contains 14 crispbreads - therefore each crispbread contains 24.43 calories.

**Q: Are these raw or cooked?**
A: The ingredients are flour and lentils, so I guess they have to be cooked to make crispbread...

**Q: May I know the shelf life of this product?**
A: Usually I’ve found them to be longer than 6 months

**Q: Are these low carbs**
A: 100g = 18 crispbreads = 1 packet - 58.8g carbs of which 4.2g is sugar; 1.2g fat of which 0.2g is saturated fats; 3.5g fibre; 22.2g protein; 0.8g salt.
