The Tala 15 cm White Nylon Sieve feels like one of those kitchen tools you don’t think much about until you actually use it. It’s lightweight, sturdier than it looks, and surprisingly versatile. The nylon mesh is fine enough to handle rice without losing half the grains down the sink, yet open enough that it doesn’t clog instantly when rinsing beans or salad leaves. It also doesn’t scratch bowls or pots, which is a small but welcome bonus. Where it really stands out is ease of cleaning. Being dishwasher‑safe means you can toss it in without worrying about metal warping or mesh fraying. The handle is comfortable, though not padded, and the overall build feels reliable for everyday use rather than something you’d baby in the drawer. A couple of things to keep in mind: it’s not meant for very hot liquids, and because it’s nylon, it won’t give you the ultra‑fine results of a metal sieve for tasks like dusting flour or straining sauces. But for everyday rinsing, washing, and quick kitchen jobs, it performs exactly as promised.

OK for the price, but a bit flimsy, my old sieve is at least 10 years old, I would not expect this one to be as durable. Does the job, is dishwasher safe and will be OK for occasional use.

c'est tres basic, qualité d'un magasin " tout à 1€", bon ca fait le job...

C'est de la camelote il faut dire les termes. Ça filtre très mal aussi l'eau du riz ce pour quoi je l'avais acheté car trop petit et le grillage trop compact en plastique est nul.
