Q: Had to cancel the order after it did not ship for over a month.

This does not apply to my experience with this product. I suggest trying a second order because this is a great bag.

Q: Would a 17 inch be to big for a 15.6inch laptop?

The laptop will slide around inside the 17” case, and won’t be as well protected as it is inside the 15” size.

Q: I always go for business. Will this laptop case make it more convenient for me to go through security?

Not necessarily. It’s easy to unzip and pull out your device, but there is no more advantage to this bag, at least in the area of security.

Q: What are the dimensions of the front pocket?

The pocket on the front is 8” tall x 12” wide, the width of the bag. A pocket of the same size is on the opposite side, but also has a vertical zipper pocket that is smaller by about 1.5” all around the pocket.
