Excellent Product
Bought this to replace my last one that had stopped working (after 4 years). Really easy to install and up and running immediately. there is a filter provided (different to the old one, however works fine with the original filter).

Wouldn’t do without one. Work well but not as durable as I would like. Tend to fail after 3 to 4 years . Mind you, mine is in daily use.

Perfect replacement and easy to install
I was surprised as how easy it was to install this to replace the 10yr old version of it that I had. Worked perfectly from the outset and was far cheaper than needing to replace the whole system

Temperature is too low
I bought this as a replacement and as others have mentioned they don’t last too long - maybe 3 years. Also, as others have mentioned it is not as good as previous model. My main issue is the temperature. I like tea and coffee very hot and model does not quite get there. It is still very handy for general use and probably worth buying as a replacement as all the fixtures and fittings are the same. But I would not buy as a new starter kit.
