Opens up the airways for clear breathing. I’ve been using this for years and years. Off and on when I needed it. It’s my go to, and I suggest it to friends and family who have lung issues.

Wholesome ingredients. No added harmful fillers. It definitely makes a difference for easier breathing. Very effective. I notice a difference when I do not take this.

I have been buying this on and off for the past 10 years, it’s been a godsend. Picked it up when I was working at a vitamin store in college. I didn’t have health insurance so I wasn’t able to get ahold of a rescue inhaler. When I would start feeling wheezy, I’d take 1-2 capsules and by 30 mins, I felt so much better. This won’t take the place of albuterol in the event of an emergency, but it definitely helps. I came across this again 5 years later but through Amazon. I had a persistent cough lasting about 5 weeks and this helped get the last of the gunk out so I could actually recover. And now I am here in 2026, buying these again. All my cold symptoms have subsided but this cough. Desperately looking forward to the relief!

The last time my roommate needed something I had Clearlungs capsules that he eventually tried. He had a persistent cough for over a month. Saw the doctor. Already had his shots. Got tested. He was negative for you know what. He just couldn’t stop coughing. Clearlungs is what we had then, and it did stop it in a couple of weeks. He hasn’t coughed like that in a long time. Now, I have Healthy Lungs. It works even better... Over two weeks ago I started wheezing sometimes. Don’t know why, but I have a history of bronchitis. Three times (over the years) I had to go to a doctor to get a prescription for powerful antibiotics to stop it because I was coughing so much and so hard it re-cracked a rib that I had an old injury in. I didn’t want that to happen again, so I got these. This time I didn’t have a bad cough, but the wheezing and raspy cough was getting worse off and on, and then I had pudding made with milk three nights in a row, because my roommate made so much. Then, just yesterday afternoon I was in a VERY smoky casino for three hours. My roommate was in a drawing (10 people won every hour, and this time he didn’t win) but we had to stay from 3 to 6 pm for the hourly drawing, and we got dinner free. Then last night it was much worse. I could hardly sleep from all the wheezing, and just felt the congestion deep in my lungs. So when I got up to p, I took two of these capsules, went back to bed, and when I got up (to stay up) three hours later, it was gone. No wheezing, no congestion. It was actually 100% gone. I didn’t even cough anything up. I don’t know where it went, but it did, and I am grateful.

Really helped with post nasal drip, stuffiness and my nagging throat that I was constantly trying to clear. Definitely works for me. Was suggested by a friend and it was recommended by her NP.

I am a quadriplegic with very little ability to cough on my own. I am also on a ventilator. After taking the Extra Strength Clear Lungs once daily for a week, I feel like it made my lungs "hypersensitive" to anything foreign inside me, and my body would quickly coat the foreign object with mucus in order to help me expel whatever I aspirated. That is both GOOD – AND potentially DANGEROUS! With little ability to cough, I felt like my lungs were "filling up quickly" but thankfully, we have a respiratory device called the CoughAssist which allows us to remove copious quantities (gobs of secretions) pretty easily and effectively. I say that the Clear Lungs could be dangerous, because if you have lots of secretions, and you don't have a way to expel them well, then obviously that could be very bad. I DO NOT think SUCTIONING would be able to keep up with the volume of secretions that I was getting. When I say that the Clear Lungs seems to make my lungs hypersensitive to anything foreign, that includes sterile saline bullets that we have been using (purposely squirting 5 mL at a time into my trach/lungs) as part of my normal respiratory routine for the last two decades (roughly; I was injured in 1997, but my respiratory care has evolved over time). With each saline bullet, it seemed like I would almost immediately develop a lot of secretions and need to use the CoughAssist (I actually have a video showing "how we CoughAssist" which is on YouTube if you search that with my name Bill Miller). My dad is able-bodied, and he felt like he had some junk in his lungs due to a cold. He took Extra Strength Clear Lungs and said it seemed like it almost made him "vomit from his lungs" but it did help him get gross stuff out. I think the regular strength Clear Lungs is probably better for me, and not every day. (I took regular strength before a friend recommended the extra strength.) Overall, I think they both can be beneficial products, but need to be used wisely, and under the right circumstances. Of course, this is just what I have observed with myself and my dad, and no, I'm not a doctor.
