Very well made gnocci/homemade pasta set. I was so excited to be able to start making homemade pasta for my family. These are very well-made and I would recommend them.

It been so much fun having pasta night with family and friends!! We love having these tools. We have only hand washed them and immediately dried them lightly oiled and they are holding up great.

The items were given as a gift and were appreciated.

This is my second order of this item. Bought first one for a relative who wanted to recreate a pasta making experience she had in Italy. She gave a positive review so I bought one for myself. Items appear durable and easy to use. Looking forward to making different kinds of pasta.

Nice quality

The product arrived about 10 mins ago. The parts that arrived are almost what I expected. Two issues so far. The wooden noodle cutter has a broken piece which will make it hard to do clean cuts. It broke against the grain. The second issue I see is if you watch the video that they provide, the press board that was sent is not the one in the video. The pics provided only showed one side and I assumed the other would be like in the video. My mistake. I would like a replacement cutting roller.

It’s nice. Not super high end but then I’d be buying the brass units.

Both long and short rolling pin/pasta shaper have the same diameter. Average quality. Gnocchi board is good
