Neideso 4 Channel 360° View Dash Cam Front and Rear, 3K Dash Camera for Car

The Neideso N700-4CH dashcam system is as excellent product that provides 360-degree coverage. It was straight forward to install. The system provides simultaneous high quality 3K video for the front camera and 1K HD video quality for the rear and two side cameras. Customer service is outstanding. The dashcam comes with a 12-month warranty, and Neideso will extend it to 24 months if you contact customer service and register your product. It has been a month, and I am very happy with my purchase decision. I highly recommend the Neideso N700-4CH dashcam system. Read on if you would like to see details and rationales for my recommendation. I decided to buy dashcams for my family in order to provide video evidences in a traffic accident. My in-law was hit by another driver from the side so 360-degree coverage is a key requirement for my dashcam system. I purchased three Neideso N700-4CH dashcam systems for my household and two for my in-laws. I installed all five Neideso N700-4CH dashcam systems, and I also upgraded the SD cards from the provided 64 GB to 256 GB. I installed and played around with the App, Tscam that interfaces with the dashcam before providing this review. I did not purchase the hardware kit with radar to enable 24-hour coverage. Installation of the Neideso N700-4CH dashcam systems was surprising easy for most of the vehicles (Ford F150, Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, and Hyundai Elantra). The Subaru Outback 12-V outlet was hidden in the glove compartment so it took a little more work to channel and hide the power cable. I was able to easily hide all the cables using the provided tools. The installation for each car took about 20 minutes except for the Subaru, which took around 30 minutes. The hardware kit comes with attachments to hold the cables if you do not want to spend the time to hide the cables. If you go this route, installation should take less than 10 minutes, but the end result does not look good esthetically with visible dangling cables. The dangling cables are a nuisance and possible pose a safety issue. I highly recommend taking the extra 10 minutes or so and hide the cables. The provided 3M adhesives are very strong. So strong that if you decide to move the location of the dashcam after mounting, you will have a tough time removing it from your windshield. I had to use a heat gun to soften the adhesive. My lessons learned I want to share is that take the time to plan out where you want to mount your camera carefully and practice mounting before removing the adhesive cover for the final installation. Installation of all the rear cameras were very easy because the rear camera is designed to be mounted on gently sloped back window/windshield (see attached 1st photo). For my F150 which has a vertical (90-degree) back window/windshield, it took a while before I was finally able to choose an appropriate location (see attached 2nd photo). I upgraded the SD memory cards to 256 GB. The Neideso 256 GB SD card was not available at the time I made the purchase so I went with the SanDisk 256GB High Endurance Video microSDXC Card and it seems to be working okay. Removing the old SD cards and installing the new cards was very easy. Just remember to format the new card using the dashcam setting feature. The Neideso N700-4CH comes with a comprehensive and well written user manual, and that proved helpful when setting my dashcams and formatting the new SD cards. I also installed the app, Tscam that interfaces with the Neideso N700-4CH dashcam on my phone. I followed the setup instructions and connected to the dashcam via Wi-Fi with ease. Once connected, the App’s user interface is intuitive. The quality of the videos is apparent (3K for front camera and 1K for rear and two side camera) when viewing them via the Tscam App. I wanted to change the mounting location for some of my dashcams after I mounted them on the front windshields. That was when I realized how strong those 3M adhesives are. It was so hard that I resorted to using a heat gun to soften and loosen the bond to the windshield damaging the 3M adhesive in the process. I contacted customer service and they bend over backward to help resolve my re-mounting issue. Customer service sent me suction cup mounts, free of charge. With the suction cups mount, I was able to try different locations until I was able to find location for each car that I am completely satisfied with (see attached 3rd photo). I didn’t know that Neideso sells the suction cup mount as an accessory. I offered to pay for them, but customer service did not want to charge me for them. Neideso customer service strived for my 100% satisfaction. I love a company that backs up its products. Note that there is no phone number for customer service, just an email. The user manual stated that customer service typical answer your email within 12 to 24 hours, and I find that to be true. More often than not, customer service responded in less than 12 hours.

When I faced an problem with my dashcam I contacted their support team who quickly responded and effectively diagnosed the issue. With inconvenience and a few clarifying questions to better understand the situation they promptly replaced my unit. Furthermore they extended my warranty to 24 months as a gesture that not provided assurance but also showcased their confidence, in their product and dedication to customer satisfaction. **Quality & Features of the Product;** Beyond the customer service experience the Neideso N700 itself stands out as a marvel. Its 4 channel feature initially caught my attention. The Neideso N700 Dashcam stands out with its wide angle view cameras covering the rear, sides and interior of the car eliminating spots effectively. Compared to my Blackvue 900 2 channel system this is an upgrade. The video quality is truly impressive delivering clear and sharp recordings day or night to capture every detail effortlessly. Its support, for up to a 256GB microSD card ensures storage space for all my recordings. One of the standout features of the Neideso N700 is its connectivity. The inclusion of 5GHz WiFi support enables convenient file transfers to my devices without any hassle or delays. Enhancing its functionality are features like loop recording, the G sensor and GPS module that contribute to journeys and reliable footage capturing. I've used the Neideso N700 Dash Cam now for about 7 months. I find it to be an excellent choice, it has a very clear picture on all 4 cams. The installation was easy. Sound quality is good. No big complaints at all. My only small issue is the instructions and the App. They could be better. The instructions have some of the typical "Not so good" translations for technical terms, but you can figure it out. The instructions lack some details about the options and how to change or adjust them, but here again, if you experiment, you can figure it out. The App isn't great, but you can download the videos you want. Overall I really like the quality and ease of use. Install was easy, tucking the wires out of sight was simple also. I mounted my rear view cam on the powered slider window in the rear. The cam has enough cable to allow it to travel with the window as it slides open to the side. The rear cam still has a great view in either window position, open or closed. I am using the optional suction cup mount and it has been great so far, with no issues. All in all this is a very good system, for a reasonable price. I plan to upgrade the memory next, however I really don't need to. I just like the idea of being able to store more vids, before I go and review any of the footage. The base memory card capacity has been OK so far.

This is a great compact four channel camera. Picture quality is amazing, installation was easy, all cables were long enough. installed this in a GMC crew cab Duramax. I also installed the hardwire kit with the radar detection system. It detects movement from both sides of the truck and several feet in front of the truck. it records for three minutes after movement has stopped, and then resets itself while in parking mode The voice command is a convenient feature, when you tell it to take a photo it takes a photo with all four cameras at once. With the type C power, you can bench test it with your own cable, because the user manual does not tell you everything the camera does, and how it works. so bench test it and play with it before you install everything it makes it so much easier when it is installed. when I bench tested mine the rear camera did not work properly so I contacted customer support through email I told them I didn’t know if it was the main body dash camera where their rear camera plugs into or the rear camera itself, or the cable ,they sent me a new dash cam ,cables, and rear camera, and told me not to worry about sending the first one back. I also told him in the description in two different places. It mentions a suction cup is included. Although one did not come with it they sent me a suction cup and the larger SD card . customer support is amazing. It takes between 12 to 15 hours for them to get back to you but they always do! The second camera, and everything works perfectly! The app is a little iffy. It did connect to one of my phones and my iPad, so downloading the images is a little time-consuming. I just took the SD card and plugged it into my iPad and it worked perfect. I could look at everything as I needed to. I would recommend this camera for the quality of the videos and the customer support!

Though this camera is good !! My car got broken in to ! I thought I was in the clear because of the dash cam ! NO recorded before and after but not during the break in!! Seriously why ?! I am so mad about first people just steal your belongings and in the end you don’t have any evidence about who did that !!!

Update August 2, 2024 Increased to 5 stars. Why? The date "glitch" I wrote about below is not a glitch at all. MON does not stand for MONday. It stands for MONth. The clock setting could be laid out better to reduce confusion. The customer service was responsive and first rate. It just took awhile for even the seller to realize what MON stood for. Update August 1, 2024: The company was very responsive in sending a new unit. But unfortunately it suffers from the same day/date glitch. I suspect the whole batch of them are the same. But the devices are still very usable - the operation is not adversely affected. Update July 31, 2024 I love the voice control. But...other sounds like the radio on, cause the voice control to be non-responsive, even if shouting the command. The day/date sync in the settings continues to be erroneous. To the sellers credit, he is sending a new unit. They are very responsive. However, it is beyond me why this settings issue couldn't be corrected with a firmware update. Initial impressions: July 25, 2024 Had everything plugged into the main unit on my test bench. Tried all sorts of ways to get wifi to turn on. What they didn't tell me was the camera/GPS can't be plugged in when connecting wifi. The app it uses from the Play store is rated 2.9 stars. Disappointing. Then once the camera was read by the phone, the phone said "no wifi connection" but it was obviously connected and reading wirelessly. Phone is Samsung S23 Ultra. Go figure. The most tedious part for any similar system is neatly routing the wires. When setting the clock, it always read Monday no matter what date is set. I sent in a quirey about that one. I'll comment more later after operating it a bit.

At first it looks well made. As I got more into it, it is not truly wireless. The ad shows the unit on the windshield with no wires but in peoples reviews it shows wires on the unit. Not what I wanted. It only comes with a car cigarette lighter charger cable so I had to use my cell phone to power it on as it doesn't charge an internal battery for a wireless unit. The manual also has incorrect wording making it confusing to understand at times. I'm willing to pay more for a truly wireless unit that is easy to setup. This one....setup instructions are not very fluid or in order. The only way to set this up is with power cord plugged in. I left it plugged in for 30 minutes and the screen got pretty warm. Not good if you plan to use it for long periods of time while driving. Without power cable plugged into it, it does not power up indicating it is not wireless. Overall, some things are good, others not making thus a returned item for me.

I have been a long term dash cam user and decided to upgrade my current gear since I got a new car. Came across this one and have been using it for a week. Very satisfied with the upgrade: 1. Cameras: This one comes with 4 cameras. 3 in the front (2 are 180 degree adjustable) and 1 in the rear. Basically covers all angles. Resolution wise it can do 3 HD or 2 4k. 2. Installation. The dash cam comes in with the cigarette lighter power cord and that is good enough for me. I don't find the 24 hours parking useful. The installation itself is easy and the cord is long enough to run from the rear all the way to the windshield. I didn't use the tool to hide the cord into underneath the covers though. Just stick it to the windshield and read window and you are good to go. 3. Video quality: Super clear and very easy to read the plates of other cars though I still recommend to read the plate out if anything happens since audio recording is also available. The dash cam comes in with a 64 GB TF card which is quite convenient. 4. WIFI connection: This is the part I like most! Through an app from app store you are able to view and download the videos real time! This is a huge improvement from my current dash cam that I no longer need to take the memory card out and watch if from my computer! So happy about the feature. 5. Set up: the built in buttons and menus are easy to operate. In general I would give a 5 star to this product. I basically covers all my needs and I really couldn't find anything unhappy about it. Might be my best purchase for the year! High recommended.
