I purchased the black one with white stars. I can't imagine it getting dirty but if it did, I would probably use a wet cloth. I love mine!

is this waterproof or water resistant?

I am uncertain about it being water resistant but I would say it is unlikely water proof. The material is very soft and would likely easily soak up any liquids near by or spilled on it. That being said, it is a beautiful and elegant case, and I have yet had any difficulty with it at all. I would definitely recommend this case.

Will this fit a Samsung galaxy Chromebook Go 14”?

Not sure, but it fits my MacBook Air (I believe 13.6 in) perfectly.
