One of my granddaughter's favorite books!
This is a great retelling of several stories from Greek myths that feature women and girls. My granddaughter was very excited about them, as excited as my grandson is about Jason and Hector and Achilles.

Great gift
Mythology for the young ones! Great book that peaked my daughters interest. My daughter was eyeing it at the Cleveland museum for double the price. So it was nice to get it at a decent price, delivered, and in Canadian funds.

Lovely stories
We're big fans of this series. All the books are so lovely with exciting tales for brave girls. My daughter loves choosing which story we read every night and they will be passed down future generations as the hardcovers are so nice and sturdy. The stories are long enough to fall asleep to bit not too long yo read aloud. I'd say they're perfect for brave, resilient girls aged 5-10 as some stories do contain bits of war so definitely not ideal for nursery age kids.
