Dr Botanicals Moroccan Rose Facial Oil with Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid & Argan Oil 30ml | Ultra-Light Oil in Water Brightening Serum

I've used this product several times, both purchasing from the company and having got small versions in beauty boxes and I'm addicted! This oil doesn't feel too oily as it were but sinks into my skin really quickly leaving it silky smooth and plumped up. I can apply primer or make up straight afterwards without anything sliding off though I tend to use it most before I go to bed so there's plenty of time for it to work its magic and I wake up with great skin. The scent is pleasantly floral, not just rose and not too heavy. It definitely adds a luxury sensory quality to an already luxurious product. I can highly recommend this oil for those with dry to oily skin as it sinks in well though you might need an extra boost if your skin is exceptionally dry (not tried it on ultra dry skin so not making claims on that kind of skin). You only need to use a few drops at a time so it's economical on price per use and the way my skin feels I think it's definitely worth the price.

I am always on the look out for good beauty products. After doing a bit of research I wondered what the super model Naomi Campbell uses on her face to look so young. At the age of 50 years, she still looks half her age. So I did a bit of research and I read an article where she said the following about her skin care routine: “I always start with a cleansing cream and a little bit of liquid soap. I also use vitamin C and rose oil on my face". It was the above statement from the super model that lead me to research and buy this oil, I never knew about it or heard about it before. I can tell you it really works and I plan to use it for the rest of my life. I wish I learnt about it sooner. I apply the oil to my face every morning and every night as a part of my skin care regime. The product smells fine and I have notice significant improvement in my skin. People continue to think I am 10 years younger than my actual age and this oil should contribute to ensuring it stays that way. I love products that can help enhance skin health and beauty, as well as fight against aging. This product for me is a winner and now has a firm place in my cupboard of beauty oils I use to help me stay looking younger for as long as possible. For all of the above reasons, I will be purchasing this product every time I run out and I highly recommend this product. I think it is good value for money.

Beautiful smell and feels silky smooth in application. I have been using this product twice daily for a week or so and have received several compliments on my skin. I can notice the difference myself. My skin has a glow and a more even tone and some small lines I had noticed aren’t noticeable any more. It is running down more quickly than I’d anticipated but I may be using too much so will be a bit more sparing in future. The directions do say to only use a few drops.

I absolutely love this product. It smells amazing, and absorbs into my skin so easily leaving it refreshed, hydrated and gooey looking. Now a staple of my skincare routine and great under my either my spf tinted moisturiser, bb cream Or foundation stick. Also lovely to use after removing make up and cleansing my face at night. Will be buying again and my 16 year old daughter does keep “borrowing it” and has said its leaves her skin lovely and soft without feeling greasy at all. I have combination skin - and she has oily skin if that helps...

This is a drink for my around eyes skin, I never thought is needed. I have plenty eyes creams and serums ( usually quite expansive as I decided to take care of my mature skin lately). But I would still use this and repurchase once is gone, as I use it under any other serum every day. It’s very hydrating and goes into the skin in seconds! Perfect under the makeup. You won’t even notice that anything was there in terms of oily skin, it’s like gone but skin feels different. Very happy I found it. Highly recommended for anyone. And the smell 😵‍💫 Subtle scent that always makes me feel lifted.

I have always used Dr Botanical classic facial rose oil which has a strong smell of rose and as soon as you pat it onto the face it leaves the face glowing. This has clearly replaced the original and offered me zero benefits. It feels watery and not like oil, it doesn’t smell and my skin looks dull. I will not be buying this again and I’m very disappointed - it makes me feel like they are trying to cut corners.

I love the rose scent but could be overpowering for some people. My main issue was how unbelievably sticky this is for an oil. As soon as you start applying to the skin, it stops gliding on & becomes sticky & tacky which made my skin 'pull'. I tried to apply as quick as possible before this happened but still the overall effect was sticky skin. Did not enjoy using which was a shame & would not buy again.

I really like the oil (which is not at all oily feeling), and it absorbs very easily into the skin. Some reviews that I read mention that it feels a little sticky on the skin but, to be honest, once you put moisturiser over the oil there is no sticky feeling at all. I thought I would try this oil having recently visited Morocco and am very pleased with it and will continue to use it.

Ein tolles Öl. Ich mag zwar den Rosenduft nicht so gerne, aber die Wirkung auf meiner Gesichtshaut ist super und daher nehme ich den Geruch in Kauf. Die Haut wird zart und geschmeidig und wirkt genährt.

I LOVE this oil. I got it in my IPSY bag and I have loved it ever since I first tried and have not stopped using it!! I have really oily and acne prone skin so I thought it would be counterintuitive to use an oil, but it has really helped moisturize my face and I’ve actually seen improvements in my skin!! But I mainly use it as a primer for my makeup and I feel it helps keep my foundation on longer and also gives me a nice glow with or without makeup (as seen in the video)!! It is very liquid-y when you first apply it but thickens up a little as you rub it around. Once it’s on it doesn’t leave my skin feeling like I’ve got gallons of oil on it! The scent is so good, too! I have relatively sensitive skin and a lot of products tend to turn my skin red but this one works just fine! The scent is not too powerful... only when you first apply it. But after a while the scent starts to fade away. From other reviews it seems hit or miss on whether you get a proper bottle but for me it is the exact same scent, color, and texture as the trial size I received and was filled all the way!
