Poor quality handle
The handle of the bag is of worn out wood. It is unfinished and rough on the edges, scratches the hand. Small sides are broken too. I ordered 2 bags from them and the one I ordered first is awesome, unfortunately the quality of the second one is not that great. Slightly unhappy. It also does not give you an option for exchange and directly you have to initiate a refund then order again.

Very elegant and useful
I gifted it to a relative and it’s so pretty. It has a lot of space to keep all the essentials and she carries it with both her ethnic and western outfits. The wooden handle adds a lot of grace to the bag and the quality of the bag is great at a very affordable price point. Love the bag!
