bought a small for reference. w : 114lb h : 5’ size DOWN if you’re on the lower weights. i have lost over 10kg in the past 2 months and got insecure that i was overdoing it with a small 😭 small fits perfect and snatches a bit but doesn’t snatch as MUCH as a regular faja would. i’m planning to purchase an xs in the future.

I bought a Large but it's time to size down to a Medium. I workout so wearing it while working AND working out takes off the inches, big time. One thing I must say is if you want it to work, do more with it. Don't just buy it to hide the extra you don't want to expose. Do.More.With.It!!! Buy some Sweet Sweat if you must but the inches will come off, especially if you're disciplined. It's comfortable, it provides stability, not too thick and easily adjustable. It also helps if you have poor posture. Have you standing tall and straight. Gives you a look of confidence for sure. (Who wouldn't want that?) I wear a 2xl I read to go up two sizes I feel like maybe I could do one size smaller but it fits without uncomfortable breathing/ movements it’s like a comfortable swimsuit without the super suction. It works it does what it needs to do and honestly it makes me sweat compared to others I’ve used. The only thing i honestly hate that I can’t give 5 stars is that I have the mom belly hang so this goes over my belly like a dress I would like something like leggings I want it to squeeze all of me. It’s either a me thing or a product thing probably a me thing I’m still going to use it and im trying hard to get back into shape so once I get rid of the hang maybe it will fit how I want it we shall see. Just a tip warm it up before putting on one time I let it get cold I put it on and it was cold it doesn’t stay cold but if your a baby like me that one second cold feels like 10mins lol.

After reading the reviews I decided to try this one and I’m glad I did..Fits true to size I’m 5’2 and 145 lbs and I ordered a medium. It definitely makes you sweat and snatches that waist. I ordered Large because of my scoliosis my rib cage differs in some things I usually wear small but occasionally medium there were no measurements to go by so ordered large. I excepted large to be bit loose it would not ever reach around me. This runs very small. I have returned to Amazon per Kohl's today. I was disappointed.

I absolutely love how stretchy this is and very comfortable I definitely feel the sweat coming on when I'm wearing this! It's great quality and fives my Back support that I need! The zipper is an amazing touch as well!

I really like this item. I can wear this all day, it kept me mindful of my stomach muscles which encourages to hold my muscles. I only gave 4 stars because I don't care for the lack of support over my bra area. Otherwise perfect, this is the only thing I want to change.

I bought a small, which was quite tight as I’ve put on a little weight, but thankfully it still fits—and it’s supposed to be tight. It pulls you in nicely, and the thermal lining definitely makes you sweat. It’s also much more cost-effective than repeatedly buying those plastic body wraps. Very happy with it! 💫

Love it..it fits really snug and doesn’t hurt. I wear it to sleep and to the gym and I’ve already seen a huge difference in my waist size. I’m going to purchase a smaller size soon
