Great Quality and cleans up easily though not really non-stick since they are cast iron they do clean up fast. The weight is what you would expect for good cast iron and the size is perfect for sauces. Great cost point.

The sauce pan is typical Victoria quality, which means outstanding, much smoother than Lodge is and for me this pan is just the right size. Now for the bad: The packaging was horrible! I should note it wasn't Victoria that shipped it. Put in a box with i sheet of paper to protect it not much bigger than a sheet of computer paper. It arrived with the handle sticking all the way out of the box. The good news is that Victoria is made well and it had no damage.

Bought this for heating milk. Seems to be quality cast iron. Heats well and fast. Good price. Great for single servings. Easy to clean if you're familiar with cast iron.

Just the right size. Great Buy and I believe a great product. Go to Goodwill to purchase a thermo clear lid.

Great product. It is better to use a cooktop that can hold small pan as it may fall very easily from grates.

Perfect for one or two people. I was raised on fried chicken. Now I am the only one who eats anything fried. My husband does not. I can fry a piece of chicken just for me and this pot is perfect for this. I like that it has the pouring flutes on the side so that I can easily dispose of the used oil/shortening. I can't be more pleased.

I got this several years ago as a gift. I use it regularly on my Blackstone. I wish it was just a bit larger, but it is great to keep various things warm or heat them up. Using it last night, there is no rust on it, no scratches, easy to clean as you would think it should be. I rarely oil the outside but do leave a rubbed in bit of oil in the saucepan itself after most uses. Nothing sticks, looks great like it was new. No issues on the bottom of saucepan or the Blackstone. I slide it to move it around, versus picking it up and moving it, so no worries about scratching the cooking surface. The price was right and I should be able to use this durable and sturdy saucepan for years to come.

This is hands down the best pot I have. I absolutely love it! It is very well made and isn't covered in vegetable oil and seasoning like the others. It also doesn't have that really gritty texture like a lot of cast iron pots and pans. So to me its naturally non-stick already cause its kind of smooth. I got a cast iron set and this pot tops them all. I really support this business after reading some about them. I respect their ethics and craftsmanship. Thank you so much for this pot. I wish you made a whole set cause I definitely wouldn't think twice.

Perfect size for sauce making, garlic braising, butter warming, milking frothing, even spice heating and pounding…. Can easily stick into the oven while baking bread. A very handy everyday pot. Bought it at half the current price, excellent value ! Amazon pricing can be mind boggling at times.
