With the Bosch brand and the convenience of having the wear sensors already in place, ready to go, the brake pad replacement job was a smooth swap. The package even included a generously-sized packet of grease, but I didn't use it since I already had that in my garage. Amazon needs to update the info. **Q: Do I have to buy additional brake pad sensor?** A: The front comes with sensors and the rear do not. Only the rear brake pads needs sensors. If i want to replace my rear two side pads, how many item should i order?** A: This is for the whole rear axle. 4 pads comes with this kit. **Q: so would this be ok for rear replacement pads for a 08 porsche cayenne?** A: I don't know if they will fit but I would look at something else. I replaced all the pads on my 2011 Q7 with this brand and totally regret it. Should have gone with the OEM or something else.
