I used to have the Strong brand elbow sleeves before and ended up forgetting them at the gym one day and when I went back, of course, they were gone. Never pulled the trigger on elbow sleeves for a few months as I didn’t want to spend around $30-$60 for a new pair. After buying these for only $17 I can tell you they’re worth every penny!! Definitely not as thick and heavy duty as the Strong elbow sleeves but the Strong elbow sleeves are not worth two or three times the price over these! These are still great sleeves that’ll help your elbow joints when you start getting to those heavier loads! The circumference of my elbow slightly flexed is right around 12 inches. I went with the large and at first they looked really small but after putting them on as bench pressing with them they felt good. I’m also 5’7” 188lbs. I know everyone's body type is different, but I'm 5-11 180lbs and got the large. According to the chart I probably should have gotten XL, but went with L based on some of the reviews I read. They fit tight, and I'd rate the difficulty getting them on as 8/10. I was looking for elbow sleeves because I've recently developed some pain in my elbow during flat bench. I used them for the first time today. They did help with the elbow pain, but I super set bench with a back exercise, and I started taking them off after benching because flexing my arm with them on was very uncomfortable. Anyway, they work well for what I bought them for. The only thing I can compare these to are my Rocktape knee sleeves. These feel similar for half the cost, and I'll probably buy the knee sleeves they sell once those fall apart.

Sleeves fit good and work great for my elbow pain! One of the sleeves started to rip after a couple of weeks of use, but I contacted the vendor and they replaced it immediately!

Provides pretty decent support without being too stiff. Helps while benching. Make sure you measure your arm and don’t guess. I had to reorder next size up because I didn’t measure! My fault!

PROS: * Very affordable compared to the other brands (some charging upwards of $50 for a pair, yikes) * Good material and construction, I really feel like this should last a good time. CONS: * This may be because of my own personal body structure itself, because I did not like the fit on the elbow,I bought one size down and while it was hard getting it over my arms, the elbow still felt somewhat loose CONCLUSION: For the price you can't go wrong, especially if you're used to lifting heavy. Don't risk an injury, make sure you wrap up your elbows. I only started taking care of them after I actually did get injured (doing reverse curls of all exercises...) but yeah, for the price it can't be beat. Great bang for the buck but you may want to get a size down.

I use these every time I do squats. They definitely give me a sense of security. They fit tight and feel good.

I ordered a large - the sizing chart is off - and was surprised at just how short it is. It's less of an elbow sleeve and more of an elbow pad.

I should have headed the other previews. I bought a large as I thought that would be the right size for my 39.5cm biceps. They were not. The quality on this product is fantastic. I was tugging and pulling on the sleeves to look for any weakness or flaw. Found nothing. Very strong and fit for purpose. Please use my arm measurement as a rough guide to which size will work for you. The company was easy to contact through Amazon and shipped me the XL size at no charge. Absolutely wonderful and prompt customer service before and on New Year's Day. Whenever I look for fitness kit, I will look for this company first if nothing more than their customer service. Top notch!!

I always wear large size elbow sleeves so I ordered the large. I thought it was a bit tight at first as it was hard to slip on. After wearing it at the gym a couple of times, it softened up enough to bend and feel alot more comfortable and easier to slip on and off. Seems like it is made well. Time will tell. At this point, I really like them and highly recommend them.
