It's great just make sure to put liquid in before fired up.
No kidding I love it. Just know there will be oil spill underneath the unit but other than that its great. On a windy 50 degree day I cooked 36 wings in it and it stayed at 350 375 for the whole fry. It costs 13 bucks for the wings . If I bought at a wing place it would be 45$ usd atleast. Fried chicken pieces are next ill let you know

Fried goodness
Pretty good fryer. It's a little low but works well. If you have a square turkey fryer you could probably use it instead. That way you just need the pan and baskets.

This is a very large boiler. Haven’t used it yet but can’t wait. It has everything you need
