I had an uncle that use to making this homemade, and let me tell you this takes me back to when I was younger, it tastes just like his and it's great on wings.

Several years ago I was introduced to mustard-based BBQ sauce, and at this point I wouldn’t go back to tomato-based if I had the choice. I’ve ordered this multiple times, four 38 oz bottles over the past year or so, and it’s been consistently good. The flavor is what you’d expect from a Carolina-style sauce, tangy with that mustard base, but one of the main things I like is the ingredient list. It’s made with simple, clean ingredients, nothing you need a science degree to read or pronounce. Pros: Great mustard-based flavor Clean, simple ingredients Consistent quality across multiple orders Cons: None in my experience Bottom line: If you’ve never tried mustard-based BBQ sauce, this is a good one to start with. I would recommend it and will keep ordering it.

Works great with poultry and fish. Not so good with pork or beef. It even makes a surprisingly good dressing for Cobb or Chef’s salad. Definitely going to try some of their varieties.

I've been buying this sauce for years. It's hard to find, what I believe, the perfect sweet and tangy sauce. I put this on almost everything, except ice cream and cereal. If it's hot food, I'll put this on it, if I feel like it. It doesn't matter if it's leftover steak from last night visit to Ruth's Chris (I'm not crazy enough to sneak sauce in restaurants) or "poor man" noodles. I am fortunately addicted to this sauce. I personally vouch for this sauce. As long as I'm able to buy this, Cattlemens has a forever customer from me. If it goes away, I doubt I will find a "sweet and tangy sauce" that could replace it.
