It's working. Got mine two weeks ago and at first It made me sleepy, which then made cranky...the exact opposite effects I got the supplement for. I found that splitting the dose into two helped and once you get used to it it doesn't matter too much when you take it (IME). I have much more energy and focus is through the roof, almost too focused at times. I notice colors are enhanced and memory is sharper especially short term memory. I'm 56, male...it did affect my libido but it's not an issue because I have no partner. Just something for the guys to consider

It tastes okay, , even though, not like coffee. The best part is it has pure mushrooms and no sugar no other ingredients to add the weight. I order it for my mom. She loves the taste of coffee, yet her heart problems is preventing her to take confine. I wish if there will be a blend with decoffee, so I could order more.

Lions Mane is supposed to help prevent and repair any memory loss issues. I find as an older worker with young colleagues that it's easier to stay on point. I mix about 2 teaspoons in my morning tea every day.

Good clean product, the right size scoop is included, mixes instantly in my coffee and goes well with my other keto ingredients. I don’t know what more I could ask for.

It's not bad.... Not bad at all, after the first try I felt more energized. My mood felt better, not so stressed just felt calm. If the zip was made a little better that would be great. I had to put the whole bag into a ziploc to prevent it from spilling if it should get knocked down by accident. (est)The scoop is very tiny like a 1/4 teaspoon size. No taste at all (unless of course there's something wrong with my taste buds 😄) it doesn't mix well with cold liquids unless it's in a water bottle and you can shake the heck out of it. If I knew how to come back to this comment and do an update I would. To add new comments if something wonderful should happen 😄. Of course, do some research before you buy this. Choose the brand that's right for you.

I use several mushroom powders daily, but when I stop taking lion's mane, it is only a short time period until I start having memory issues. Difficulty finding word or forgetting what I had said. This Lions mane mushroom powder is excellent and easily taken. Excellent quality.
