Is this gel preservative free?

No. I'd recommend VitaPOS Eye Ointment instead. Using gels/drops that contain preservatives actually worsens drye eye conditions. To my mind, all over the counter eye drops should be preservative-free; people who use ordinary drops every day are damaging their eyes and yet there's not even a warning on the packs!

Can you use either of these with contact lenses?
