Daughter has wide feet and needs arch support according to her doctor. Custom insoles can cost hundreds. These are affordable and can be cut down to size. She uses them in her wide school shoes and has not complained yet.

My daughter has completely flat feet and these are a massive help for her ☺️ she never complains that the hurt her feet. And she loves the colour! Great arch support and they last so well, the last pair she had well over a year and they still looked great! No visible wear at all.

I think they would be great, if they weren’t so stiff. Daughter refused to wear them because they were to uncomfortable.

I thought I'd damaged my hip and knee. Then remembered I was told I have flat feet. I used these arch supports and my hip pain is nearly gone! Like magic. What a simple solution.

Just recieved these yesterday and after letting my son try them out, i'm happy i got them. (Kinda long review, but one i wish i saw when looking for insoles) I spent countless hours looking at different brands but ultimately decided on these ones and just went for it. They are flexible in the ball/toe/front foot area but sturdy at the arch and heel. So they're flexible enough to be wearable everyday while providing support. My son wears a size 1 (but will need to be sizing up because he grows fast) (walmart kids shoe((i got the 2.5-4 size)) and these fit in perfectly. They arent super bulky and they arent thick which is a problem i saw with other ones. The arch is perfect for him and isnt insanely high. He was diagnosed with flexible flat feet and over pronation. I immediately saw a difference in his ankles and the way he walks/runs. It gave him a confidence boost for sure! Definitely worth the money and they're great quality. They dont slip around in his shoe and he hasnt complained that they're uncomfortable. I couldn't get him to take his shoes off.

I have bought 4 or 5 of these!I am an adult and have small feet (size 5 in ladies) and high arches. This was the only insert I could find that fit and was quality. I even bought the fancy $75+ pairs (from big brand names) and they did not fit. They help support my high arch and are decently comfortable. Similar make up as the expensive kinds but greater value for money.My podiatrist even said these fit perfectly for my high arch and small feet.
