Good clarity, but magnification was off on this one
The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video, the quality of the driver side mirror I received is not good. If I'm sitting back in my seat, I see double causing things to look kinda blurry as well. Of I put my face right in the mirror, then everything is looks good and clear.I also ordered the passenger side window. That one looks great and fit perfectly! Installation wasn't hard, but using a thin flat head screwdriver to get the old one off was easier that using the little plastic crowbar tool that comes with it. Instructions are not crystal clear, but if you look behind the mirror, you can figure out what you need to do pretty easily. I'm going to request a refund, but I destroyed my old mirror (it was already cracked) so I have to keep the new one on until a replacement comes in so i can at least see something lol. Hopefully this isn't an issue. Time to test that after purchase care. If all goes well, I'll update and change the rating.Edit: Customer service actually was great! I received my replacement within a few days and now I just have to return the defective one. I received a response apologizing and it said "After reviewing the video you provided, we found that the slight distortion in the image was likely caused by the lens being slightly deformed during transportation, which is not a common issue with our product."I appreciate the response, but the replacement I received also has a distortion, but not as bad as the first one so while I am not completely satisfied with this product, I am going to keep the second one because it is usable and I'm tired of uninstalling and reinstalling. I want to think that its the extreme heat causing this, but In the first delivery, I received both the left and right side mirrors and I have had no issues with the right side mirror. Clear as can be with no distortion. Not bashing anyone, just wanting to provide honest information to both consumers AND the manufacturer in hopes of improvement. I upped my review from two stars to three just because of the great customer service. Thanks.
