I gave this set to a coworker who just became a grandma for the first time. Her and her husband are overjoyed with their little blessing and always look for their mugs to have coffee!

These cups look and feel like good quality. The labeling is good and a nice touch. The cups themselves are not big coffee cups. They are a little smaller than what I am used to but they still work and are actually cute in small adult hands. They are not heavy either.

Perfect gift for new grandparents. Came quick and packed well.

My cousin and his wife are due to be first time grandparents. This pair of coffee mugs are classically simple and appear to be well made. I saw no blemishes (bubbles, hollows, or general imperfections), the cups are printed in crisp clear text that looks to have been baked onto the cups. Included with the cups was a nice gift box with and ribbon that could be stuck on the box before gifting. The only drawback, which is truly minor, was a product identification sticker that was stuck to the outside of the box, right on top; even the most careful removal of the sticker removed a layer from the box. It in no way affected the cups, but did diminish the beauty of the gift at presentation; and who keeps the box? As I say it was only a minor drawback.
