much better than previous purchases. Nice clear mirror and adjustment in both orientations whereas previous mirror had no up/down tilt.

Not heated as stated
Mirror arrived in good packaging and looks robust, however it is not the heated version. Packaging says heated but it definitely isn't and picture in listing is also of an unheated version. I need to fit mirror asap so couldn't return it for refund which is annoying.
