Love it
Very useful when drawing, very sturdy and a lot of space for larger papers and canvases

Product is great, packaging not so much
I’m not knocking the product bc the shipping has nothing to do with the product itself. The board arrived damaged where it’s clearly been dropped and the corner is smushed a little. It won’t interfere and it’s not worth the trouble of exchanging it, but they really need to put this stuff in a box before shipping. Other than that, it’s great and I know I’ll get a lot out of it, so there’s that.

Sketchy
The drawing board itself is nice. The sketchy part is that it was so poorly packaged and it it was banged around the corners and mechanical parts may not have longevity. One mechanism arrived damaged. I was able to make it work but it may not last.

Pretty solid
I like the size of it compared to the massive board I was using before. This is much more portable but large enough to still allow you to draw from your shoulder or elbow. I use this to hold Bristol boards but be aware that only small folios of paper will fit in the small clip provided. Be ready to use larger accessory clips, or at least use small amounts of paper at a time if you’re stuck with the clip provided.Works nice to hold down single sheets with tape as well. It’s pretty solid for weekly use at a drawing session. My experience with other products tells me that we probably should keep this board very very dry. I wouldn’t recommend wet mediums unless your paper is sufficiently thick. I do ink on Bristol and it’s fine. If I started doing watercolor I think I’d have problems.

A BOARD FOR THE ARTIST
I attempted to find a field artist board to hold my watercolor paper at the local art store. Surprisingly, they had none in the store and required online orders. Shipping was more than the cost of most boards which were expensive. I found this one on Amazon and bought it. I'm glad that I did because it was exactly what I wanted. I'm happy and have begun to paint. Buy this one!

Perfect size to tote to and from art class!
So far, so good! This is a 9x12 watercolor sheet, which I send to use often, so it's been great! There's still room for a bit larger paper. It smells funny when first removed from the plastic, but it fades away if you air it out. For me it's a great board!

Art school vibes
Freshmen at CCAD were always carrying these around. My sister, a potter, is a gardener, and for her birthday I got her one. Now she can easily flesh out ideas in the garden.
