Key points to note
First class customer service and correspondence. After ordering, I was contacted the same day to provide the number on the lock. The keys were dispatched and arrived promptly. After a few tries in and out of the lock, the brand new keys are operating the very old lock with more ease. I was always kept informed about the status of my order and when to expect it. I would definitely use this company again.

Keys numbers not stamped on key
I ordered 17 different numbers of these keys ..they arrived promptly but I was very disappointed to see that the key number is not stamped on the keys ...hope the numbers I have put on don't rub off otherwise I'm stuffed....would be ok for just an odd replacement but not for a bulk number of different keys
