I’ve had this a few weeks now and it’s working great. It’s pretty hot at 140 that’s about what I do. I do it for back pain and it’s helping. I like all the other health benefits that come with it. I stay in about 20 minutes and work up a really good sweat. it was easy to assemble with two people, and only took a couple hours.

Amazing! Totally exceeded expectations. Packaging wad solid - arrived without a dent or blemish. Panels fit together perfectly with easy to follow instructions. Included Bluetooth which was not in description. Takes 90 minutes to reach max temp but maintains temp when reached.

I have Hoshimotos and hypothyroidism. With these I do not sweat like a normal person when doing physical activities (working out, or manual labor). My face just gets REALLY red and I over heat. Not being able to sweat means my body os not releasing toxins. That put me on the journey to find an Infrared sauna. I did a lot of research and wanted one with near zero emf and red light therapy that didn't break the bank. I haven't tested the emfs to validate that they were near zero as advertised. I gave this 4 stars because the red light therapy is not true infrared led light...more Chromotherapy. But the HEAT! like I said, I don't sweat like a normal person, but 30 minutes in this unit at 130 and I am covered in beads of sweat. I have had this unit for a 2 months and use it at least 3 times a week. I have noticed better sleep, and just an overall better feel. Definitely needs 2 people to put together, but it is very easy to do.

Delivery: don’t complain- this is a big ass item that requires an LTL (less than truckload) delivery company. The communication wasn’t great but sign up for e-mail alerts. The driver was awesome and put the pallet right in my garage. Assembly: Surprisingly fast. 3 adults to unpack, hold up walls and connect took leas than an hour. The little fiddly parts were already done for you, its essentially 6 major pieces. Everything arrived in great shape and packaged well. Function: Works as advertised, get my sweat and relax on. Added a few accessories like back rests, bench cushions, etc. But so far loving it!

6 months later the therapy light stopped working.
