I have so much trouble sleeping. I've tried so many different things and most of them have too many other complications. So far. This one appears to create new other complications and actually calms me down and allows me to go to sleep earlier than I otherwise would and it feels like I sleep better. Now. It really hasn't extended my sleep. I still get 4:00 to 5:00 or 6:00 if I'm lucky hours, but I feel much more rested and perhaps maybe just a tad more sleep. At least by the Fitbit metrica sleep scores increase when I use this. It appears this is because I wake up less often during the night. Many times when I use this on my only wake up three times versus 10 times. When I say wake up I mean just coming aware in the moment of your surroundings but going right back to sleep within minutes. It seems that this supplement reduces that type of event. It's too too early to tell if my body will adjust to this supplement and cause the efficacy of it to drop. I'm hopefull this will work as well months from now. I have tried melatonin and sometimes it has opposite effect and keeps me up all night. I have tried all sorts of THC gummies to sleep and while they work great at first your body adjusts and you have to up the amount constantly to the point where it becomes dangerous. And I'm really grateful I stumbled across this because I've had to take what's called a T break due to other medicines I have to take for a short period. This does not interact with those medicines so it's perfect

I feel I can concentrate better on tasks and finish them. I experienced some nightmares when I started taking these but I wake up feeling refreshed and focused (used to be groggy). I also drink coffee and this has helped with caffeine jitters and anxiety. Recommended.

Seems effective, take 3 or 4 at night and I sleep well but not groggy in the morning.

Good supplement for the price

I have tried many different manufacturer's L-Theanine supplements. Some were useless, others amazing. I am 6ft 5" & 325lbs & have a problem with medications not being strong enough, because I metabolize them so quickly. So I try to get the highest dosage available. This works WONDERS. I have a very disregulated... everything from undiagnosed celiac for so long. Anxiety like crazy, stressed digestive tract, and a lot of full body cortisol swelling. 2 pills of this works in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES! It lasts me 4-6 hours and see instant change. It stops panic attacks in the middle of them, makes me drop a full body INCH of swelling from cortisol, and when my digestive tract is in pain, it calms that down too (under very specific conditions causing the pain).
