Review: Loved it until it broke. - I purchased this on September 23, 2023, and it broke on January 6, 2025. I loved how well it worked to blow dry and straighten my hair simultaneously, causing less damage than using a dryer and straightener separately. It took some practice, but it quickly became my go-to tool. Unfortunately, after less than 1.5 years, it broke in two pieces. While I’m considering repurchasing, I’m also exploring other options due to some issues. The brush gets extremely hot, to the point where it can burn your hand, and the heat melted and bent the plastic bristles. Overall, it was a great introductory heat tool that I enjoyed until it broke.
