Fish oil is just soooo important to your system! This one is a “2-fer” as it comes with the Vit E. No fishy taste or burps like some brands. I notice a significant decrease in pain caused by inflammation when taking fish oil. It’s typical gel capsule of regular size. If it’s not a part of your supplement routine, I highly recommend adding it- it’s SUPER beneficial for you. Google all the benefits & you’ll realize that if you do not currently have this as part of your supplement routine, you’ll see exactly why you should add it.

Turned 30 and started taking for joint health and heart health. Research says these are a great choice of fish oil supplements. If you hate the fish taste of most fish oil supplements these will be a good choice for you! They taste like lemon oil, not fish.
