10 m lead tight, dirt and water-repellent dog lead with snap

The line is a very good length for training. The biothane material does not soak up water or mud, so keeps clean even though it’s allowed to trail along the ground for training (you can pick it up, or simply step on it, if dog starts to go too far away, or if a hazard comes by. It’s perfect for use. The level of service of the company goes way above normal. We have owned the lead for almost three years, it was bought to train our puppy, but hasn’t been needed for him for over a year. The attachment clip broke recently, when we used it to keep charge of a family member’s dog when looking after him. I emailed the company to enquire about a new clip to repair it, but they’ve sent me a whole new lead! I am very impressed.

This is a great product. Handles well. Resistant to tangled. Stays clean. Strong.

Great for training, my puppy feels free to run around on walks and I’m able to jump on the line if she looks like she’s about to get herself in to trouble, dropped a star rating because she did manage to chew through the end but luckily it was the end of the line so it’s just been shortened a bit.

Good lead for both walking and training purposes. Can be used with or without gloves in inclement weather. Does not get soaked in the way a material or leather lead does.

Looks absolutely hard wearing and perfect, but I didn't clearly see from the listing that the non-clip end is NOT a flat handle, it's just the flat unfinished end rounded off. Returning and reordering a different version!

Twists and knots easily not what you want in a long line lead. My 6 month pup also chewed right through it within seconds of the first use. Can’t say I’d buy this again.

This will be returned as I wanted the same lead as I ordered before. I clicked 'buy again' and the image was of the first lead I purchased. This one is thinner than advertised and has a different clasp.

We have had to have multiple replacements; due to the metal connector that connects the lead to the D ring on the dogs collar coming away from the metal fitment that is connected to the bio-thane lead. This usually occurs after 6-12 months use. This is such a shame, because part from this (which is very important on dog safety grounds) the lead is what we want

Lo compramos como correa larga para el perro, pero se oxidaron los remaches a las dos semanas y solo de la humedad del césped, porque ni rio ni mar. Cumplir cumple, pero ahora siempre vamos vigilando el estado de los remaches, porque tira mucho y nos da miedo que salten.

Auf der langen Suche nach einer Schleppleine für nasse Tage, aber in einer niedrigen Preisklasse, stieß ich auf diese Schleppleine. Vorher bin ich bereits an den Preisen von wasserabweisenden Schleppleinen verzweifelt. Die Leine soll lediglich gut durch den Schlamm gezogen werden können und keinen Wettbewerb gewinnen! Also diese Schleppleine für unsere 7,5kg Hündin bestellt in Neongelb. Die Leine ist nicht zu schwer für unsere Hündin und gleitet super hinterher. Schmutz lässt sich entweder direkt noch nass abziehen, oder bereits getrocknet und Wasser abwaschen. 10 Meter sind ein guter Umkreis für uns, da man zur Not immer noch Leine zum drauftreten bei sich hat. Durch das Neongelbe wird die Leine auch von weitem oder in der Wiese gut gesehen. Dank dem Karabiner, lässt sich der Hund super mit einer Hand an- und ableinen. Imsgesamt kann die Leine bisher gut mit den teureren Varianten mithalten. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Haben uns diese Leine für unseren mittlerweile 6 Monate jungen Gordon Setter gekauft, da man bei einem jungen Jagdhund nie genau weiß, wohin ihn seine Nase verschlägt. Das Neongelb ist sehr auffällig und auch im Dunkeln gut zu erkennen. Der Karabiner hat anfangs etwas geklemmt, wurde aber durch etwas Alzwecköl sofort leichtgängig und schließt seit dem 100% zuverlässig. Durch das Material haftet Dreck nicht lange an der Leine, wir legen sie zum trocknen raus und am nächsten Tag ist die Leine wieder sauber. Selbst Knoten lassen sich sehr leicht wieder entfernen. Man kann dem Hund damit einen viel größeren Freiraum ermöglichen, ohne ihn aus der unmittelbaren Kontrolle zu verlieren. Von unserer Seite sehr zu empfehlen

Die Leine ist von guter Qualität. Mir persönlich für unseren Beagle etwas zu schwer, die bis 20 kg haette doch ausgereicht (er wiegt 18). Da ich noch eine 200 gr. Biothane habe, werde ich sie behalten, sie aber in der Hand behalten, damit der Hund nicht das Gewicht zieht muss.
