This cushion is great. It also works as a booster. I use it in my car and it cushions my bottom bones and helps me sit up higher so I can see better. I can't ride without it. I also like how it is shaped to me body.

Boy, when I took this product out of the box it was hard as a rock. And it took a few minutes to remove the shrink wrap and other wrapping materials. But the more I removed, and the more the cushion expanded the softer it became. I hope it works

I found this cushion to be mostly helpful. It causes you to sit higher in a vehicle, and as such it can be a bit difficult to adjust yourself as needed if you're driving. I think the effectiveness of the cushion depends largely on one's anatomy, but it does provide relief overall.

My husband has tried several cushions for his tailbone pain without success. This pillow works. Definitely has help with the pain.

Waste of money and useless unless you're an elephant. The sit bones are 4" to 6" As per pics open and adjusted closer it does not good and smooshes into a flat pancake. It going back.

Just delivered this afternoon. Ready to use this early evening. Immediate relief !!! Very comfortable finally. I've been using pillows and make-shift cushions, but nothing worked. I have a lot of paperwork to do this weekend. Perfect timing. Highly recommend this cushion for crafters as well. I'll be comfortable doing that too.

I felt this cushion was supportive but to firm for my personal taste. It was as described and built sturdy and held up to my weight which is over 250lbs but it still did not provide any relief i gave the cushion to someone else whom liked it and it worked well for them so it was not an error with the product just preference. I prefer a softer and more plush surface especially for the pain i was feeling in my periformis muscle and this did not help my sciatica either. It actually caused pain in my legs for some reason which i think had to do with the shape. The person i gave it to was larger than me but weighed about the same and felt the cushion was just fine they use it for comfort in hard wooden seats.

Too many car miles, sore "sit bone" not the hip or sciatic nerve, totally different. A bit of relief as holes do not compress the "sit bone". Had to have my PT instructor enlighten me.

Only cushion that i can sit on to relieve my ishceal tuberosity pain. Its great!!

Nice and soft and comfortable to sit on. Not sitting on the bones anymore. Leaving it on the car seat over night in the winter freezees it and becomes rock hard. But within minutes thaws with the body heat and interior heating in the car and provides cooling effect on the butt.

This seat cushion works for me. I was beginning to get a bit of sciatica sitting on a foam worn couch but this cushion has made all the difference to my body. No more discomfort
