Clear proof that these work—huge difference in my son's skin!
I have been purchasing these multivitamins for my son for a couple of years now with some really great results. The absolute biggest proof for me that they work is what happens when he stops taking them. Whenever he skips them for a bit, I notice he starts breaking out and getting pimples on his face. As soon as he gets back on his regular schedule with these, his skin clears right back up. Beyond the great results, the capsules themselves are a normal size and very easy to swallow, and they don't have any of that foul odor that a lot of other vitamins usually have. I love that they are made with such clean ingredients. It completely reinforces my belief that these whole-food vitamins are actually doing their job and supporting his body from the inside out.

Good
These multivitamins are very good especially for teenagers. Sometimes my teen girl does not eat good and these vitamins provides her the nutrients that she needs. The product is affordable, I love it. The only complaint that I have coming from my girl is that the pills are too big, is not easy to swallow. I like this brand I wish they could make the pills smaller.

Love vitamins! Bad delivery.
My son loves these vitamins but the last shipment I received, the bottle was damaged on delivery. Drivers need to be a little more careful or should be in a box instead of a paper bag.

Great multivitamin
My daughter is using with Seizure medicine. It’s helps a lot . She’s doing way better when using it. Purchased 4 times . Unfortunately it’s very pricey. Regular customer wish the price was lower
