Stable blood sugar, good flavor, unsweetened
These drinks seem to really stabilize blood sugar. I drink one with meals, especially if I'm concerned about the glucose impact. Anecdotally, it seems that levels stay more stable with the drink. The flavors are good and I love that they are unsweetened. I have also mixed them with a clear protein powder if I want something with more flavor and the benefit of added protein. The mixed flavors are nice to add a bit of variety. I will definitely plan to keep them on hand.
