Did the heel lift pad stick firmly enough? I wish it would stick a little more firmly so it would stick to the shoe.

It sticks very well in my sneakers, partly because it's "locked in its position" with no space to move around. I also use them in shoes, and I agree they could stick a bit better. This summer I've been using them in Teva sandals that have a heel strap, and they've actually been sticking quite well. Hope this helps...
