Defean Cooling Gel Earpads for Sennheiser PXC480 PXC 550 PXC 550-II MB660

After almost 3 years, my PXC550II's ear pads started splitting and flaking off. Bought these after only looking for a few minutes, they fit perfectly and securely and actually feel even better than the originals. Im not sure how long they will last, as i've just got them today, but im very happy with the product. They even come with a small tool to remove the old ear pads without damaging the headset, which i was worried about finding something at home that would work.

Perfect fit, comfortable and fresh

Bought these because the original ear pads on my PXC 550 headphones were starting to disintegrate. They were easy to install, and feel nice on the head. My only (albeit slight) issue with them, is that you lose a little bit of the noise cancelling of the headphones. I suspect it's because the material is more breathable than the leather/pleather ear pads that come with it, and it allows more sound through. Overall though, a nice replacement, and to me, the cooling is worth the small sacrifice in ANC quality.

A definite upgrade from the awful faux leather ear pads. I’m not sure if it’s the fabric or it really is the colon gel but I definitely notice a difference in temperature from the old cups. No loss of sound cancellation and easy to install.

They fit my Sennheiser PXC-550 headphones perfectly. Snap off the old, snap on the new ones. Easy-peasy.

These are more cooling than the originals, just by a touch. They seal out noise better than the originals. These don’t feel sticky to the touch and while using. They were easy to install. I’m very happy with these replacements.

I can't believe I waited so long to replace my old janky pads. I was worried that they were hard to replace, but it took about 5 minutes. Much better pads and better seal than I had before.

So far so good. Quite comfortable and the pads do feel a bit cooler whereas the originals quickly got to hot on warmer days. Lack of clear instructions and a tool to remove the old pads meant having to find instructions on the Internet, a small inconvenience. Did not notice much difference in terms of music quality or noise isolation.
