Im impressed! I bought this steamer to clean a new flat Im moving into. Landlord has not redecorated the flat so the carpets, floors, windows and walls are grubby. I have cleaned the carpets, skirting boards, lino and doors. My impression of this steamer it WOW!!! It definately works. I used it on full steam and it did a great job. I even used the various attachments and got dirt off the walls. I also steam cleaned the radiators and they look new! Defo worth a buy, arrived on time and well packaged. Its lightweight and the cord is long enough just like a vacuum cleaner's. If you want to clean over long distances use an extension lead. You can also use tap water in it and for nice smells and extra germ killing, i used Lavender fragranced Zaflora. Even original Dettol will do if you want that hospital type clean smell. Five stars from me.

I have used a more expensive product for about 5 years which finally stopped working. Although almost half the price this is easy to use and works well. The plastic looks cheaper but overall I think this is good value if, like me, you are on a budget. It is so much better than using a mop and as you do not need cleaning products it works out cheaper to use in the end. Plus I feel happier that my grandsons can play on the floor that does not have cleaning chemical residue on it.

Amazing steam cleaner. Used on my oven, carpet, window & kitchen floor. Gets into all the corners of a kitchen, does make it quite wet however in 10 minutes it’s dry. Windows it’s ok not great but for a quick clean it’s good. Oven doors and sills it’s amazing with the brush tool and nozel, just gave it a wipe with a clean cloth after and it came up so well. Carpets it’s fantastic, picked up dog hair I couldn’t see even though I hoovered before hand it still picked up a lot of hair and dirt, again left rather wet but after a few hours it was completely dry, gave it a quick hoover and came up great. Only came yesterday and couldn’t wait to try it and it’s the best thing I ever brought I actually want to clean the house as it’s so quick and easy. Only small downside is it’s a bit heavy for hand held jobs but I really can’t complain for how good it is!

I used this product a day or so upon receiving it, and I barely got 2 uses out of it. During assembly the handle piece seemed already damaged and wouldnt stay clicked in place as it was snapped/ bent out of place. Plastic feels somewhat cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Now for the actual steam mop head, first day I done my downstairs floors and carpets, it seemed fine at first but the noises coming from it were like a splutter. Second day I used it for my upstairs flooring and wanted to do the bathroom and couch later. Unfortunately this steamer just gave up on life after doing most of the floor, as it was turned on it wouldnt heat up hot enough at all, and I had it on max heat. Plus there was barely any steam coming from it. Overall, I'm highly dissapointed since I chose this steamer because of the reviews. I definitely will be returning this product and would rather shop elsewhere for my electronics.

A decent, quick to start, steamer. It cleans well on a tiled floor (doesn’t get the grouting that well though) and it’s so much easier than mopping every few days in the winter with the dogs muddy paw prints. For the price I would have rated higher however I had to rewire the plug after its 4th use as the cable was faulty at the end. Not a hard job but shouldn’t have to do it! I’d recommend getting spare covers, it’s amazing how filthy the floors are!

It's pretty corny to say that a product has actually made me love cleaning, and I am no Mrs Hinch as any visitor to my house will attest. I have managed to accumulate years of built in grime, dust, unknown and dodgy stains and I am sure a microbiologist would have a field day exploring all the sticky, grimy, germ ridden nooks and crannies which reside in my home. No more though, I am born again (well sort of) and in the 48 hours since taking delivery of my new steam mop I now have a house Kim & Aggie would be proud of. The first thing I noticed was how easy the product was to assemble, it just clicks together, no need for a sonic screwdriver or any rocket science. The next thing was how easy the water tank is to fill, it clicks out for easy refilling under the tap unlike my last steam mop (yes I did actually own one!) which involved taking the whole contraption to the kitchen sink and balancing it at an odd angle or trying to fill it with the tiny jug which was akin to one of the games from It's a Knockout. It does say on the instructions that on first use it takes longer than usual to make steam. Do not, I repeat DO NOT do what my other half did and hold your hand over the end to see if the steam has started to come out! That hurts quite a bit apparently..... The mop itself can handle the worst of grime and comes with a bag of toys (I mean attachments) to play with. I have had a lot of fun - yes cleaning can be fun and I have only stopped my marathon to write this review. Buy this mop, its worth every penny

Ok so this only came today but I’m so excited about it. I know how sad that is. I’m only young. I’ve been self isolating for 10 days and go back to work tomorrow, I only wish this bad boy had arrived earlier and I could have steamed my whole flat to a prune by now. I have however steam ironed my clothes successfully which is grand because I hate irons they’re evil and I’m clumsy. This thing cools down instantly when you turn it off, I also have kittens so this gives me peace of mind that they won’t burn themselves on it. The whole unit stays cool in use. It was easy to assemble, I did in in about 45 seconds due to my excitement. The cable is so long i had no problem plugging it in in my living room and immediately running to steam the bathroom walls, mirrors and shower door. It removed the water marks and I can actually see my face now! The attachments are equally exciting, they clip on with a twist easily, and they’re all very handy. The water tank does not leak, it clips in and out of the front so easily. There’s an on off switch and a twirly knob to adjust steam (min/max). It moves along well and gets into corners that haven’t seen the light of day for quite some time! I can’t wait to use it more so I can leave a review after having used it for longer and on various things (carpet/rugs, upholstery, windows!). I’m so excited to clean everything. What has lockdown done to me.

Edit Dec 2022: stopped working. Won’t turn on and now useless. Was good for a few months then just died. Should have returned it when it dropped power the first time! Live & learn’ I had a trusty Asda Goblin (discontinued) for 5 years and wanted a replacement that used the ‘universal’ cloths (as I already have many). I was happy to find this steam clean was compatible, so I wouldn’t have to also invest in a new stash of cloth covers. It’s a decent replacement and comparable function wise to my old one. The only negative is it lacks a trigger function, so once you turn the steam on it is ON and you can’t control it until you turn it off. A real shame. It did cut out after one month and Amazon offered me a refund/return. However, I think this is because I left it steaming for too long (again, shame you can’t control the steam with a handle trigger) as a few days later it began working again. I’m happy with it, overall, and I’m sure I will adapt to it being a bit more basic. It’s well worth the price I paid as it’s so much cheaper than comparable models from other manufacturers and does a great steaming job on my floors (needed, I have a dog!) It’s a real plus that it takes the universal mop cloth/covers too.
