I think I’m legit turning into a Guerlain Girlie. Insolence is my 7th purchase from this house. Not gonna lie, when you first apply Insolence, you’re gonna think it’s awful. To me, it almost smells like that that liquid amoxicillin I took as a kid, but mixed with grape Koolaide. It’s borderline sickly. But wait about 15 minutes for the most beautiful, unique experience. It turns into something so whimsically special that I don’t know quite how to describe it. I heard someone on TikTok say it’s like how a Sugar Plum Fairy would smell. It’s sweet, but not overly so. It’s a bit powdery, but not in the old fashioned aldehydic little old lady kind of way. It straddles gourmand and floral realms in a genius kind of way. It’s youthful, but not childish. I think it’s a perfect springtime scent. It might get a little too sweet in really hot weather, but I bet it would shine on a rainy summer night. In a word: OBSESSED

Just as I remembered this fragrance from years past! Lovely, soft smell that lasts all day. This fragrance is not sold in mall stores anymore. Saw it in Vegas recently for $150 so much better price on Amazon. Will buy again.

A Choking punch of "sweet" to the throat!
If you love the smells of Gam-Gams, Granny, or Memaw circa 1994, this is the fragrance for you! I so wanted to love this one as I've been searching for a gourmand fragrance with notes of violet but this is NOT that (although often incorrectly described as such...). This fragrance is one note, overly sweet. and it's not for me! My air purifier has been on blast for the past 4 hours and it still hasn't numbed the choking old-lady smell from my office. Hard pass!

I’ve used this brand and name for several years. This replacement is much sweeter and less appealing. I’m sorry it’s formula changed.

Excelente perfume, es dulce pero no invasivo, cuando te mueves es cuando lo distingues con claridad, dura unas 7-8 horas al menos en mi, es original coincide el código de la botella con el de la caja, llego en la fecha indicada muy bien empaquetado y protegido, lo compré con Amora the beauty market y ellos lo enviaron, los recomiendo.
