He also loves the size (enough water to last for a bit, small enough to fit in his backpack easily, not too heavy to carry around), and how easy it is to use (opening, drinking, closing securely). I really appreciate how well the water bottle seals when it's closed (no leaks!), that it holds the drink's temperature well (adding too much ice is actually a problem because it won't melt!), and how easy it is to wash (I hand wash the bottle to save the paint, the lid and straw usually go in the dishawasher, and I periodically run a straw brush through the straw and lid to make sure they're getting fully cleaned).
