Some fire 🔥 after 5k training and definitely total burning sensation on the legs, back, neck and arms during half marathon. I'm about 150 male so I take one pill 💊 15 to 30 minutes before training 5k run however distance and the burning 🔥 sensation of lactic acid was gone. At the 5k race events, I take 2 pills. 💊 💊 Very effective with no side effects. I stop eating 12 - 14 hrs before the race and have a handful of combination of walnuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds and almonds with a cup of mushroom coffee as hour and half before race on race day.
