This stuff really works.
This stuff really works. Without it, my legs were on fire 🔥 after 5k race. Some fire 🔥 after 5k training and definitely total burning sensation on the legs, back, neck and arms during half marathon. I'm about 150 male so I take one pill 💊 15 to 30 minutes before training 5k run however distance and the burning 🔥 sensation of lactic acid was gone. At the 5k race events, I take 2 pills. 💊 💊 Very effective with no side effects. I stop eating 12 - 14 hrs before the race and have a handful of combination of walnuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds and almonds with a cup of mushroom coffee as hour and half before race on race day. Then small water based electrolytes pre-race drink of any choice 30 minutes before START time. I floss teeth and rinse mouth with little water as I walk to the starting line. Feeling great the whole time without burning 🔥 sensation and stiffining of muscles after during and after event. And didn't have to stop to stretch all day! I know I should stretch after the run. This is 5k experience. Going to try this out on 1/2 marathon and update my review but... this stuff really works! Why did I wait so long before trying this out? There's no taste. I take no other pills or any supplements on race day until afterwards, just supplements and light meal, preferably at end of day. There's nothing to mix. Just take with water.

Expensive for what it is!!
Expensive for what it is!!!!!!!!!! Here's why: 1. Lactate (the main ingredient — 1800 mg) This is the real “special” part. It’s lactic acid in salt form (bound to calcium + magnesium). The idea: Your body produces lactate during exercise Taking it before exercise may “prime” your muscles Supposed to reduce that burning feeling and delay fatigue The company claims it helps raise your “lactate threshold” and reduce soreness sportlegs.com ⚠️ Reality check: Evidence is mixed to weak One study found no real performance improvement vs placebo PubMed 👉 Translation: interesting theory, not strongly proven. 2. Calcium (183 mg) – from calcium lactate Normal mineral: Bones Muscle contraction Nothing exotic here 👉 BUT: calcium lactate is actually a weaker form of calcium (less concentrated than others) Verywell Health 3. Magnesium (92 mg) – from magnesium lactate Helps: Muscle relaxation Prevent cramps Energy production 👉 This is actually useful for workouts—but you can get it way cheaper. 4. Vitamin D (2 mcg) Helps absorb calcium Dose is very low (almost negligible) Straight truth (no fluff) Pros: Safe Might help with perceived muscle burn Some people feel less fatigue Cons: Weak scientific backing Expensive for what it is You can get most benefits from: hydration electrolytes magnesium 🧩 Bottom line This is NOT a miracle performance supplement It’s basically: “Minerals + a theory about lactate timing” 👉 You can absolutely recreate 80–90% of the benefit with cheaper basics.
