This book is a non-nonsense, easy to read book by an expert about an annoying condition- ringing in the ears. Easy to understand explanation of causes and techniques for dealing with it (there is no cure). Very complete, useful information. References are given if you want to delve deeper into the scientific literature, but no science background is needed to understand this well written book. The author is an expert in the field, but he avoids medical jargon. The information made it easier for me to tune out my tinnitus. Highly recommended.

This is a comprehensive book packed with information about tinnitus and is useful to the patient and audiologist alike. Dr. Henry's expertise in this area is exceptional and he shares information in an easy to understand manner, explaining terms. The information is comprehensive and addresses a range of approaches for the person with tinnitus. I have given a number of copies away to patients in my office and since some have been eager to learn more after being told there was nothing that they could do about their debilitating tinnitus. Excellent resource

Although it is written by a leading expert in tinnitus, Dr Henry wrote this book in plain language to offer practical information and advice to anyone on how to live better with tinnitus. I highly recommend this book to anyone with tinnitus-the information within the book is evidence-based and clinically proven from Dr Henry’s 35 years of rigorous research.
