I purchased a multi zone gel memory foam based Mattress topper . Purchased a 2 inch thickness one with a purpose that my mattress was very very hard. Even after 3 days of opening the same , the thickness is just 1.25 inch. Much below the committed 2 inch. I have taken it to a place 400 kms from where I bought it . This place doesn’t have Amazon delivery or pick up so can’t return. Feel totally cheated . 1.25 inch doesn’t serve the purpose at all . Useless. Total money wasted.

The mattress pad is really good. My mattress was very firm and just wanted a little cushioning and this was perfect. If you are expecting high level of cushioning this is not the product. It’s just 2 inches and offers just a light amount of cushioning to a very firm mattress. I am very satisfied and happy with the purchase. Definitely value for money.

Writing this review after 5 months of usage. inItially it felt comfortable but now that elasticity along with bit of firmness is gone.

Thickness is little less than 2mm it spreads by an inch so take that in consideration when you choose size .. Once it spreads after few months it's not as comfortable as during first couple of months ..I am using it for about 5months now
