Kitchen Counter Keeper
"I added it to a normal morning routine and paid attention to taste, size, and ease. I wanted Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel to solve one plain problem. I watched counter routine, setup, and cleanup during the first use. I cared most about Raspberry, but 22g and 30 Count shaped the real experience. I paid attention to taste, texture, and how fast I can take it without delay. I paid attention to the part that usually decides repeat use: counter routine. Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel held up during that part of the routine. That made me relax and use it without second guessing each step with Raspberry and 22g. I stored it where I can see it, and that helped me stay consistent. That note did not spoil Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel for me. It only gave me a better sense of how I want to use it next time with Raspberry and 22g. The format made the routine easy to repeat, and that mattered more than a big promise with Raspberry and 22g. I gave it five stars for the easy format and the way it fit my counter routine with Raspberry and 22g. I liked the way Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel fit a real routine with little effort. The details felt useful in hand, not just good in a title with Raspberry and 22g. I finished the trial ready to use it again with Raspberry and 22g. I liked that Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel felt easy to judge after one real use. The most useful detail for me was 22g. I kept my expectations simple, and Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel met them in a steady way. The routine felt cleaner with Science in Sport GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel in the mix. I noticed fewer small annoyances after I understood the best way to use it with Raspberry and 22g. The item earned space by doing one job clearly with Raspberry and 22g. I trust products more after they make an ordinary task easier with Raspberry and 22g."

clean, fast absorbing energy gel that's easy to use during training
This energy gel is designed for endurance activity where quick, convenient fuel matters. The isotonic texture makes it easier to take compared to thicker gels, and it goes down smoothly even during higher intensity effort when digestion needs to stay simple. Each packet provides a straightforward carbohydrate boost along with electrolytes, which helps support sustained energy and hydration during longer workouts. It is easy to carry in a pocket or belt, making it practical for running, cycling, or other endurance sports. The raspberry flavor is mild and not overly sweet, which helps when taking multiple gels during a session. It is most effective when used with water as part of a structured fueling plan for longer duration activity. For athletes who want a simple, science focused option for maintaining energy during training, this gel delivers a reliable and easy to tolerate format.

Good Flavor and Texture
These were pretty good as far as gels go. I've tried every gel out there and usually after a training cycle I don't want to look at or even think about that flavor or texture again in my life. These however, I would definitely consider rotating in again. Taste was like a sweet raspberry popsicle (but not overly sweet imo), texture was a pretty liquid consistency (easily the most liquid gel I've used). I think the downside on these were I didn't feel like I got a nice energy boost the way I've experienced with some others, and it took me 3 or 4 gulps to down the whole thing (the most of any gel I've ever tried).

Does improve energy and helps prolong workouts
These SIS Gel GO Energy gels are pretty effective at providing energy and stamina. I noticed that I was able to workout for longer than normal and didn't have my normal 'slump' halfway through, having the energy to keep going and finish strong. The texture of this gel is a bit thick for my liking and I have to mix them with a drink in order to take them. Others might not have the same issue, however. The taste is decent, a strong raspberry flavor, but a bit sweet. It also does leave an after taste that isn't altogether pleasant. This, however, is alleviated by mixing the gel with drinks. These gel packs are very easy to use and since they come individually, they can be carried easily in gym bags or pocketbooks. At $68.99 (at time of purchase), I'd say these are pretty pricey for only 30 gel packs. When compared to other gels in this category, however, they aren't that much more than the competitors. Overall, a decent value for the money and I would recommend.

Gels had eaten through packaging
I was excited to find these as The Feed no longer carries the electrolyte version of the Science in Sport gels; however, when they arrived some of them had leaked, and the gel inside had eaten through the packaging on almost all of them.

Effective energy gel that’s easy to get down
I ended up getting the raspberry variety of these. It’s a good flavor somewhat sweet and the gel textureis on the thinner side so it’s definitely easy to get down. I’ve been a distance runner and cyclist. My entire life and gels are just one of the many little treats, you look forward to during a long day. However, some of the thicker gels can be harder to get down and gum up your mouth. I didn’t get that at all with this. These are easy enough to tear into and get out. You definitely feel the energy kick afterwards similar to other gels. These are not inexpensive at about two dollars apiece at the time of writing this, but it’s not that far off from any of the other namebrand ones you get in stores.

Good, but
There are a few things that keep these from great/perfect. First off, I’d probably invest in a thicker cardboard box or one that surrounds it. I did have one or 2 punctured. The texture/consistency is like a thin gel. It’s fairly easy to consume. The raspberry flavor also helps make it sweet and easy to consume. This will definitely be effective in giving you some energy, and best for during intense workouts as there are carbs in it, not just electrolytes. The value though is debatable due to quality factors as mentioned, but also you only get 30 packets and may need to consume 1-2 at a time. Also, the expiration date isn’t great. Mine all say 10/2026 which is 6 months away.
