Downlights with GU10 Lamp Holder - Recessed Ceiling Lights - Spotlight Mounting Frame Aluminium - Hole Ø65mm (min. 60mm, max. 70mm) - Set of 6

I ordered these downlights to replace lights I already had. My existing hole was 60mm so these lights were the perfect fit. I only needed five lights so I have one spare which will come in handy. What is not clear when you order these lights is that they come with the GU10 ceramic lamp holders. I ordered the ceramic lamp holders separately but I did not need them. No big deal as they were less than a fiver. I also ordered Wire Connector MASTICAL 50 PACK PCT-12 2 port lever conductor compact connector at the same time. This made the job even easier. I recommend these lights and would buy again. These lamps are 3 watt each and give plenty of light.

Very thin and tapered to the edges, flush with the ceiling. Class II and double insulated. Solid aluminium. The white retainer ring looks much better than the snap rings on most fittings. Made in Germany.The white could be more pure, it goes slightly into Ivory, i.e. a tough darker than the ceiling paint, but not a big issue.

Probably the best quality downlight holders I've ever bought, seem well made and look stylish.Would be nice if they offered the option of buying at a lower price, JUST the holders without the GU10 leads as not everyone will need them, as in my case, I am using with existing MR16's

It's difficult to review these as I have nothing to compare them against, what with me fitting lights for the first time.DIY aside, they fitted in the holes I made and haven't fallen out yet. The lights are easy to fit to them and a retaining piece holds them in place. I suspect that the the metal tension brackets (there is probably a term for these?) is industry standard but works well.

Great value and easy to install, do watch your measurement of the ceiling hole, these were slightly smaller than my old lights, although I measured carefully. They are just wide enough to cover the old ceiling hole. Due to lockdown I was unable to shop locally.

These are just brilliant - knock spots off the other ones with the metal ring to hold the bulb in. They’re super easy to fit and the bulb holder just clicks in. Fit neatly to the ceiling and look good. Fantastic value.

These are as they say very easy to fit and just slots into the recess looks great and could not have done better

Bought to replace old ones which were going rusty. These smarten up the house again and are good quality and should not rust. Pleased with purchase.
