It's OK but I'm going to invest in something better. I have rheumatoid arthritis so am unsteady walking and needed a walking stick to help me, I'm 5ft5in and height wise it's perfect on its shortest setting. It's handle isn't very comfortable so does cause pain and discomfort there and the fact it's collapsible I've actually found to be a risk to my balance, I got it stuck in a swing shut door at the doctors but didn't realise it then came apart at it's joints and I lost my balance, it did spring back together so I didn't fall but it could have easily happened I think. so I wouldn't buy this again as I don't think its the best or safest

Decent enough for short term use
After a few days of usage (with a bad foot meaning I had to apply some weight to the stick) its telescopic sections began to warp. Eventually this will render the stick useless. It is also quite short for me, at 6'2. But for a cheap short term solution to a problem, it worked for me.
